Green Manufacturing

Our manufacturing units in Gujarat and Goa are designed for efficiency and sustainability. We employ advanced technologies like Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) and ISBM that reduce contamination risks and lower our energy and water usage.

A Plastic-Free Promise

Eco-Conscious Packaging

We are transitioning to lightweight, recyclable, and alternative materials in our packaging to reduce plastic dependency. While Blow Fill Seal (BFS) technology using Polyethylene (PE) is widely used in the IV fluids industry, we were the first to introduce ISBM technology with Polypropylene (PP), significantly reducing plastic grammage per bottle and supporting a greener footprint.

Single-Use Reduction

We actively reduce single-use plastics in our manufacturing units by adopting reusable containers and sustainable alternatives. Additionally, our RO/RO water treatment setup recovers reject water from the first cycle, helping conserve groundwater.

Partnering for Progress

We work with suppliers and logistics partners who share our vision of minimizing plastic use across the supply chain. We are also upgrading our boiler with a water scrubber and Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) to control emissions more precisely. Further, our Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) is being enhanced to reuse treated water in cooling towers and gardening.
